2019 Goals Outside the Gym

'My 2019 goal outside the gym is to get back into 'Long Distance' road races so i'm getting my half marathon schedule together at the moment with the view that it will get my marathon time under the 3 hour target I have. I've put this off for the last couple of years by doing Ironman Races bhttps://twitter.com/MattGleedPTut my lack of passion for swimming hasn't changed so I'm looking forward to getting my focus onto Running again.'
