The TRX® Weight Belt is the only weighted belt on the market built with Kevlar® fibre. This ultra-durable belt cinches around the waist to provide a comfortable and easy way to add weight to your workouts. This belt can be used for both resistance training and contrast training, a key element in speed development. The belt comes pre-weighted at 10lbs and can be adjusted down in 1/2lb increments by removing the coated weight bars.
