RETURN POLICY

Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded until you've received your shipment. If you are unhappy with your TRX product, send it back within 30 days for an exchange or refund. It's that easy. Please note: due to the nature of our Instant Video Downloads, they are final sale and cannot be returned. To return or exchange your TRX product, please email our Customer Service team at customerservice@trxtraining.com. You will receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) along with directions for sending the product back to us. Shipping costs to return or exchange the product are the customer's responsibility. Please be sure to write the RA# on the outside of your package and ship it within 14 days of receiving your RA # to the following address*:
